Stan Palmer Construction: Safety

Who We Are

Safety

Stan Palmer Construction has an uncompromising commitment to safety. Safety is a determining factor in almost every facet of Stan Palmer Construction's work. Stan Palmer Construction's people are committed to performing work in the safest manner possible, consistent with good construction practices.

Our extensive safety program reflects our belief that people are Stan Palmer Construction's most valuable asset. We go to great lengths to impress upon every employee that safety always comes first.

A dedicated safety office administers training and inspection programs that cover all aspects of job performance in the field and in transfer operations. A comprehensive Safety Manual governs the performance of field crews. Field Superintendents conduct weekly safety meetings to keep their crews mindful of safety practices in general and hazards specific to their current work sites.

Through constant observation, Field Superintendents are fully aware of employee performance, and immediately correct practices if an individual exhibits a lack of diligence.

Every employee is required to adhere to our safety policy and encouraged to bring to the attention of our management team issues that are not being properly addressed. It is the responsibility of each employee to see that his fellow employees return to their families at the end of the day, safe and sound.
