A minimum of 5 years of experience in site work and deep underground utility construction.
Strong organizational, project planning and people skills.
Read and interpret civil design drawings.
Responsibilities include:
Day to day field management and supervision of equipment operators, pipe layers and laborers; interfacing with client superintendents, inspectors and subcontractors;
consults with supervisors and others to identify and resolve problems with proposed projects;
review project plans, specifications and scope of work; conduct field takeoffs; monitor and evaluate project progress to assess compliance with plans and quality of construction;
maintain time records and field progress reports; prepare field change orders; and insure compliance with the company site safety policy
