Stan Palmer Construction, Inc. has established a variety of employee benefit programs designed to assist its employees in meeting the financial burdens that can result from illness, disability, and death, and to help them plan for retirement.

All full time regular employees are eligible for Health and Dental Insurance coverage on the first day of the month following 60 days of uninterrupted full time employment. As an eligible employee your coverage will be provided at no cost to you. Stan Palmer Construction, Inc. will pay 100% of the covered employee’s premium. You have the option to add dependants to your Health and/or Dental Insurance at the time you become eligible. However, you are responsible for the cost of their premium. You may opt to use prevailing wage fringes earned during the month; however, if the fringes are not sufficient to cover the whole premium you may opt to have additional monies deducted from your paycheck, or allow the coverage for your dependants to lapse. Each of these options will be explained at the time you complete your enrollment forms.

Davis Bacon Retirement Plan

This Plan is a special type of qualified retirement plan commonly referred to as a profit sharing plan. Please refer to your Summary Plan Description for more detailed information regarding this Plan.
